Cristian is a creative thinker, strategist and passionate networker. His professional background and capabilities in sales, management and personal relationships makes him a professional business developer.
Cristian Dascalu co-founded in 2008 Junior Chamber International Cluj-Napoca. As a president of JCI Cluj-Napoca and VP of JCI Romania he extensively created an organizational platform for young entrepreneurs. He believes that with more committed active citizens involved in finding creative solutions to societal problems we can lead the world to a better and positive future. In 2009 he initiated Cluj International Club which is representing the international community of Cluj. Through CIC he is supporting the internationals to integrate and connect to the local business environment.
He strongly believes in the power of the network, but just if you are an authentic person activating in ethic and dynamic networks or communities.

Paula Tonea is the Project Coordinator of the Glocal Tour Project at the Peace Action, Training and Research Institute of Romania (PATRIR). The project's objective is to reinforce the use of peer education as a tool for raising the awareness of European students and create a common approach to Development Education among the teachers. This will be achieved by bringing local ideas to a global level.
Paula has completed a Master of Arts in International Relations at Huron American University in London, and has also degrees in European Integration and International Tourism. She is a member of Initiatives of Change International, Rotaract Club, and a volunteer for The Little People Association. Her interests include mediation, conflict transformation and peacebuilding, as well as development education. -
After graduating from Faculty of Law, UBB, in 2003, she lived and worked for 5 years in U.S.A., a life-changing experience.
Returning home, Raluca had the opportunity to apply everything she learned abroad, working for 2 years in Starbucks Romania. Opened and managed 4 new stores in Cluj, Timisoara and Bucharest, becoming a retail professional, with solid experience in project management, customer service and business development.
As a next step, she choosed to combine the skills and interests developed after graduating, so Raluca is now a Lawyer at Filip & Associates in Cluj-Napoca, specialized in commercial and societary law.
Raluca belives that the best way to predict the future is to invent it....

Bogdan Colceriu is a branding and marketing advisor, with experience in both online and offline projects. Trilulilu, of which he is co-founder, okian.ro, which he coordinates, or Trip Journal, are among the most important ones.
Due to his marketing advising, he is recommended for different domains, starting from the automobile domain to the cosmetics one. He is partner at Heidi Kindergartens and he is a recent enthusiast of curling, being the founder of the Romanian Curling Federation, together with other pioneers of this sport.

Paul graduated from the University of Art and Design, Photo-Video department, Computer Image Processing. He used to be passionate about taking photos, playing the acoustic guitar, and then of the electric one. At present he is passionate about advertisements: Burger King, PS3 and Rom. Never CocaCola.
He loves playing sports, such as skating, ski and movie marathon. A modest, ambitious, creative and punctual person.

With courage and vision Adrian founded a web development agency - Braintuitive. Over the years the range of expertise broadened to digital branding, online media and marketing. Without having any fixations or fears Adrian aims to the top of the pyramid.
While being a student at Mathematic and Computer Science Faculty from Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, he juggled with Brantuitive and projects based on personal passions as iubesteclujul.com, wish-list.ro, etc.

With a background in marketing and advertising, Alexandra Crăciun started as a volunteer in many student organizations dealing with project management, communication and marketing strategies. Involved in many online projects as a editor or a Social Media manager, she discovered that online marketing is something that she could be passionate about.
Editorialist at 24-FUN and Communication Manager for Okian.ro, she's planning to change the world through passion, implication, energy and devotion.

Alina has a background in journalism, advertising and PR. After working in agencies as a PR, Alina found the best job in the world, that fits her as a glove.
She is currently the “Crocodila de PR” at Trilulilu, the biggest online user generated content community in Romania. Alina likes to think that she is laid back PR, but a professional one.
If she's not working on something “Trilulilu”, Alina becomes Florica and along with Zicu, they make “ blogovertisment” on their blog www.tvdece.ro.

A dynamic, ambitions, enthusiastic and determined person. Tudor dedicates his time and effort into personal development trough social activism.
He initiated a group of social activists, “Clubul Cetatenilor cu Drepturi Depline”, who follow to encourage people to get involved into resolving the problems they face in their communities. They do this trough social movements petitions, cultural events, eco-awareness campaigns, and other activities. Their mission is to fight passiveness and indifference that define ex-communist societies. Tudor also have founded a cultural association, “Doua Minute”, witch promotes independent film and independent theater, but not exclusively.
He is convinced that it is up to the youth to bring change and modernization of the Romanian society. Professionally, he works in advertising, running his own PR and advertising company.

Andrei is a student in Finance & Banking at the Economic Science and Business Administration Faculty from Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca. He is passioned about entrepreneurship and economy and he likes to analyze the way people think and act in the decision process.
He launched the 'I Love Cluj' community which promote the valuable things from Cluj-Napoca: valuables pictures, events, ideas, people, projects, local artists. Trying to give the occasion to those which love this city to express their feelings and memories about Cluj-Napoca. The community has reached 70.000 members on Facebook and he wished to develop the 'I Love Cluj' brand in the future.
Member of the local JCI organisation, he is involved in the projects developed for the young entrepreneurs from Cluj-Napoca.
TED conferences helped him to understand more things about the human nature and how the big thinkers' ideas could change our society. Andrei believes that the change could be made only through education and that the entrepreneurs are the engines that could realize the desired economic wealth in our country.

Stefan is a business & social entrepreneur, with a history of 3 start-ups in the field of education and youth development. He co-founded Junior Chamber International in Cluj, being the first president of the organisation.
Stefan volunteered for 9 years in AIESEC, JCI and the Red Cross and is still involved with several youth associations and programmes. With a passion for writing, he is a columnist for several magazines and hosts a blog at www.laptopisetul.ro.
He was named the Romanian Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 (awarded by Junior Achievment) and received the AIESEC Alumni Entrepreneurship Award in 2009.
